Hey Reader, last year, one of my students, Christina, did something that really touched me ❤️ She planned her vacation around coming to Slovenia, just so she could spend two full days learning food photography with me. She came all the way from Germany. That kind of dedication still amazes me. We spent those two days shooting pasta, some baked goods, and a noodle soup. It wasn’t rushed, it was chill, and yet… we covered so much. Styling, working with light, playing with composition, all the fun stuff 💃. It got me to confirm that that’s why I teach. What stayed with me most wasn’t just the beautiful photos we took together (that I’m sharing below), but the entire atmosphere and vibe. Christina told me afterward: “The workshop with Anja was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was incredibly easygoing and fun. At the same time, I learned so much. The live workshop was intense, allowing me to fill all my knowledge gaps, not just theoretically but also through hands-on practice. I can honestly recommend it to everyone!” I still smile when I read that. That’s exactly what I want my teaching to feel like. Of course, not everyone can just pack a bag and come here for two days (though if you can, you’re always welcome 😉). That’s why I also offer online coaching. We can dive into your skills and your sturggles together in the same supportive, no-pressure way. And if you prefer to learn at your own pace, my Food To Frame course gives you that too. Wherever you are, I want you to have the same chance Christina had... a space to grow, without any pressure. Talk to you soon, |
